9:00 – 9:45	Keynote: Visionary Leader, Extraordinary Life An overview of what visioning is, why it is critical in today’s dynamic workface, and what today’s top leaders know about how to thrive at work and be fulfilled in life.
9:45 – 10:30	Creating a Career Vision—Step 1 Setting the Stage for Vision: Telling Your Story Part theory, part hands-on engagement, this session will lead you through the first step of the visioning process: understanding how you got to where you are today.
10:30 – 11:00	BREAK
11:00 – 11:45	Creating a Career Vision—Step 2 What’s Holding You Back? A highly interactive workshop that combines what we know about the role fear plays in creating vision with strategies for finding the courage to actively pursue a new direction.
11:45 – 12:30	Creating a Career Vision—Step 3 Setting Your Career Vision A creative experience that will move you “out of the box” and into an imaginative space conducive to fresh thinking. This visioning work will be one of the key takeaways from the day.
12:30 – 1:30	LUNCH: Vision Sharing
1:30 – 2:15	Creating a Career Vision—Step 4 Make It Real: Moving from Vision to Plan In the workplace, we are challenged to think and act strategically. This session will introduce you to proven strategies for using these same skills to define the steps that will transform your vision from “dream” to reality. Participants will work together and independently to translate their visions into motivating, practical and actionable plans.

Leverage for Busy People: Working Smarter, Not Harder

Learn the secrets of how to give yourself greater leverage by managing your time, resources, priorities and energy differently. We use the Nebo Leverage Framework to show you how to work smarter, not harder. Develop your own customized strategy for shifting the way you work while upholding high-quality results. Gain new understanding of how “calendaring,” prioritization and energy management skills work together to enable you to get more done with the same or less effort.

The Art and Practice of Leadership Communication

Most relationship problems at work are caused by poor communication. Join us to learn how your conversation can dramatically change relationships and results for the better. We will teach you how to make clear requests that lead to more reliable performance, how to move beyond opinions to more substantive conversation, how and why to shift conversation from the past to the future and present tense, and how to encourage and inspire results from team members.

Resilience: Living and Leading from Center

Do you find yourself distracted, overwhelmed and operating in reactive mode? This workshop shows you how to improve your focus and remain resilient and effective even when life throws inevitable curve balls your way. We offer fresh perspectives on how to manage work and life. Drawing from the work of somatic coach Richard Strozzi-Heckler and Zen master Thich Nhat Hahn and others, we will teach simple and useful centering practices. You will leave with a picture of what you need to do to stay resilient, balanced and energetic.

The Next Level: Strategies for Career and Life Success

What does it take to get to the next level—and succeed there? Using the Next Level leadership development model designed by master coach Scott Eblin, you will learn the mindset of success that enables you to navigate your own career trajectory with confidence. Discover what to keep, what to let go, and what to pick up as you assume new responsibilities and move from one level to another. Learn how to avoid the common mistakes high achievers make that can sabotage your best efforts during times of career transition.
