Kate has personally led all aspects of organizational change. First at a prestigious liberal arts college and then as SVP and Chief People Officer at an international strategy consultancy, Kaiser Associates, her accomplishments include design and delivery of innovative mentoring and coaching programs, development of career paths and related competency models, creation of original, highly-rated leadership development courses for senior executives, and the creation and implementation of processes that improve organizational culture in significant, measurable ways. Kate’s "Coaching for Leverage," a model for helping professionals who are overwhelmed with work, appears in On Becoming a Leadership Coach, and she frequently speaks on topics related to effective leadership, visioning for leadership and life, work/life integration and women’s leadership. Kate is currently working on a book about visioning and has recently been quoted in Self Magazine and Ladies Home Journal on topics related to career success and life happiness.
