Mattel Playground Productions

Lauren Rose currently serves as Project Supervisor for Mattel Playground Productions and is responsible for project supervision on the worldwide phenomena Monster High® and the new Ever After High™.

Rose currently supervises projects in all stages of content creation on both newly developed Mattel IP and classic brands. From strategic planning and process, design and story development, production, video games, and digital media, Rose has unique insight into the creative landscape of children’s’ entertainment.

Prior to joining Mattel in 2009, Lauren worked in live action development at Intermedia Films, international distribution at IM Global, and TV Literary and Packaging at CAA.

A native of Dallas, Rose received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with an emphasis in Producing and a minor in Art.
