Based in Los Angeles, Angela Y. Lin is YouTube's Head of Family and Learning for North America, overseeing the platform’s content strategy and partnerships in region. Since joining Google in 2010, she's worked closely with YouTube’s family entertainment and educational creator communities and helped launch the Crash Course, SciShow, and TED-Ed channels on the platform. Prior to joining YouTube, Angela was a digital media and entertainment consultant. Previously, she worked on SNL and the Today Show while at NBC Universal and on productions in Peru, Hong Kong, and Shanghai before joining the Los Angeles Film Festival programming team. Angela earned her B.A. in economics from Harvard College and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
