Making the Animation Studio of the Future

With kids needing to be engaged through a variety of media platforms, which is having a considerable impact on current distribution and financing models, it may be time for a new kind of animation studio. The world's next generation of shops will needc to embrace these changes to create enduring, endearing, mindful and community-driven content & businesses. So the question is, how do we redefine the meaning of "animation studio" and content creation in the age of digital distribution and fan engagement?
