In 1997, Steven DeNure, Neil Court and John Delmage founded Decode Entertainment, which would merge with Halifax Film in 2006 to become DHX Media—now one of the largest players in children’s entertainment. More recently, Neil has gone on to lead an expansion of Canadian animation powerhouse 9 Story Media Group. Needless to say, Steven and Neil’s perspective on how the kids content production and distribution business has grown and changed, and where it’s headed is grounded in their significant experience. The conversation that will unfold during this panel is a must-hear for anyone active in the kids business.
