Rich has worked with leading marketing, branded consumer products, retail, and entertainment companies for over 20 years in various management positions with Unilever, Golden Books Family Entertainment and Big Tent Entertainment.  In 2002 Rich co-founded Big Tent as a boutique agency focused on the execution of marketing and licensing strategies for entertainment-based brands and characters. The company has been central to the successful development and monetization of many brands including iconic Japanese character brand Domo, Discovery Kids from Discovery Communications, preschool brand Miffy and The Biggest Loser from NBC/Universal. Since inception, Big Tent has grown into a globally recognized leader in the licensing industry with an expertise in IP, product and retail development.
