In this role, he expands Tongal’s reach across film, TV, digital, and branded entertainment, while building a slate of original and co-produced projects via innovative platforms. Renowned for his market insights, strategic analysis, and operational expertise, Tad has structured and negotiated over US$200 million in complex deals. His versatile career includes founding Neon Cowboy, leading Creator Partnerships at Rumble, and 14 years as a Senior Talent Agent at ICM Partners (acquired by CAA).
