Tom is the BAFTA-nominated Managing Director of the multi-award-winning Tiger Aspect Kids & Family, part of Banijay Kids & Family, where he oversees all development and production for the label.

Tom started his career in advertising as a creative, before moving into live-action film production. After managing commercials and music video productions for a wide variety of brands and bands,  from Pot Noodle to U2, Tom transferred his skills to animation and children’s TV production. Tom joined Tiger Aspect Productions in 2001, and in 2021 he headed up the newly created Tiger Aspect Kids & Family and its move to the Banijay Kids & Family division.

Tom oversees the Mr. Bean brand and is Producer of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series. He also created CBBC live-action series Danny and  Mick. Other credits include Charlie & Lola (BBC, Disney), Tinga Tinga Tales (BBC, Disney), Aliens Love Underpants (Sky Kids), Corpse Talk (YouTube Originals) and Super Happy Magic Forest (BBC, RAI, Canal+, ZDF, ABC).
