Terry is an accomplished entertainment executive with over two decades of experience spanning creative development, IP strategy, acquisitions, and co-productions across the global entertainment landscape. In June 2023, she was promoted to President of Global Animation and Family at Gaumont, where she is based in Paris. Prior to this role, Terry served as EVP of Creative Content US, operating from Los Angeles.

Throughout her career, Terry has partnered with prestigious organizations such as Mattel, Marvel, Cartoon Network, Polygon Pictures, ADK (Asatsu-DK), Rainmaker Entertainment and Blink Studios. At Gaumont, she has been instrumental in developing and producing high-profile animated titles, including the 2021 Peabody Award-winning Stillwater, an Apple TV+ series based on Jon J. Muth’s Zen books. The series also earned a Daytime Emmy for Best Editing. Other notable projects include Do, Re & Mi, an animated musical series for Amazon Prime Video starring Kristen Bell; Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles for Netflix, adapted from Stan Sakai's beloved comic series; and High in the Clouds, an animated feature developed and produced with music icon Paul McCartney.

Under Terry’s leadership, Gaumont's Animation and Family division has cemented its reputation for elevating storytelling, embracing diverse creative voices, and leveraging the company’s legacy as the world’s oldest film studio. “We strive to tell stories that make people feel—laughter, awe, fear, love, and joy,” she emphasizes.

An advocate for empowering the next generation, Terry has been an active participant in The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program, which awards US$1 million in scholarships to Los Angeles high school students. In 2021, her mentorship work was highlighted in the Lifetime and Hollywood Reporter special Women in Entertainment: The Next Generation.
