Throughout her career, Menal McGrath has successfully gained broad experience in Sales Management, Brand Management, and Product Development within the toy industry.  She began her career at Mattel and later transitioned to Disney where she managed various franchise portfolios including Disney Fairies and Marvel within the core toy space.

In 2016, Menal joined Moose Toys to lead the Global Licensing Acquisitions team to build out their licensed portfolio.  Using her robust industry experience, she is currently leading the pitch process to major studio partners and creating and implementing process within Moose Toys’ global organization.

Menal is known for her solid communication and problem-solving skills, as well as her ability to adapt to change and find creative solutions. Her biggest strength is the ability to create and nurture relationships with partners in the toys and entertainment industries.   With nearly 20 years of experience in the toy industry, including a dynamic background in Sales, Marketing, and Licensing, she has uniquely shaped her career to become one of the industry’s most well-rounded professionals.
