Lenora Hume is an Emmy and Gemini Award-winning Producer with over four decades of animation production experience.

Starting her career at Nelvana as a cinematographer, working on Nelvanamation cult classics like A Cosmic Christmas and Rock & Rule, Lenora soon moved into producing. Helping to guide The Care Bears movies, Star Wars television series Ewoks and Droids, and the award-winning Beetlejuice and Babar animated series.

As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Production for Walt Disney Television Animation and DisneyToon Studios, Lenora managed simultaneous production pipelines across five continents and shepherded to-air beloved properties like DuckTales, TaleSpin, Goof Troop, Darkwing Duck, Pepper Ann, Kim Possible, Gargoyles and DisneyToon features including the iconic A Goofy Movie.

At HIT Entertainment, Lenora relaunched the production pipelines of classic children's series like Thomas & Friends, Bob the Builder, Angelina Ballerina, Fireman Sam, Mike the Knight, and Barney.

Lenora then "retired" to Palm Desert, California, and launched an independent production and consulting company. Clients include Alloy Digital, Defy Media, Activision Blizzard, Netflix, YouTube Original Channel Initiative Shut Up! Cartoons, and TeamTO, one of the largest independent animation studios in France. Lenora is currently the Managing Director at TeamTO LA.

She is an active member of BAFTA, The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television, and ASIFA and has been a member of Women in Animation for over 30 years.
