Lauren Dee is the Supervising Producer of Wondery's Kids and Family Podcasts. In this role, she oversees the production and development of Wondery's growing slate of shows for family audiences. She draws on her nearly 20 years of experience producing award-winning audio to develop engaging stories and characters that appeal to young imaginations (and grownups too).

As an executive producer, Lauren focuses on talent and partner relationships, provides creative direction, and ensures production quality. Beyond family programming, she has led production on a wide variety of podcasts, launching over two dozen podcasts ranging from politics and business to arts and culture programming. Prior to joining Wondery, Lauren was the Interim Podcast Director of APM Studios at American Public Media.

Based in Minnesota, Lauren lives with her husband, three children, and a very silly-looking dog. When she's not walking the dog around one of the state's 10,000 lakes and listening to podcasts, she can usually be found baking bread, digging in her garden, or reading a good book.
