With over 25 years in the animation industry, Phillip has been instrumental in creating award-winning, internationally acclaimed content and has collaborated with leading creatives to develop original series and adapt beloved brands.
Phillip is the creator of IoM’s Li’l Stompers and has helped some of our industry’s top creators transform concepts into successful TV series. Before joining IoM, he served as VP of Animation at DHX Media (now WildBrain), where he tripled the Halifax studio’s size and led projects such as Inspector Gadget, Super Why!, Little People, Bob the Builder, and Jim Henson’s The Doozers.
