Amazon has bolstered its Amazon Kids+ team with the hire of Craig Hunter, formerly Global Head of YouTube Originals Kids & Families. As Senior Creative Exec, Craig oversees creative, development and production across a growing slate of shows for the Kids streamer, reporting to Aaron Berman, the Kids+ Head of Original Series. With a career spanning 20 years in kids’ entertainment, Craig brings a wealth of experience to Amazon Kids+ as it continues to expand its offerings for kids and families. Craig, an experienced multi-award-winning content specialist, has led kids’ content at Sony Pictures, and (most recently) YouTube. He also spent time at BBC Studios and several years at Nickelodeon and Disney EMEA. Over the past 12 months, he’s worked as an independent advisor and consultant for Kids at Play, Noggin, Macro, and others. Craig is currently based in LA.
