Invisible Narratives

Skibidi Toilet

Adam is the CEO and Founder of Invisible Narratives, a first-of-its-kind "Tra-Digital" studio redefining storytelling for the creator-driven economy. Merging traditional entertainment industry expertise with a creator-first approach, the studio leverages Hollywood resources to elevate digital channels into multi-platform brands, paving the way for them to join the ranks of billion-dollar franchises across film, TV and beyond. Among the studio's breakthrough successes is Skibidi Toilet, the cultural phenomenon setting new benchmarks for digital IP. Adam runs the day-to-day of the studio, where Michael Bay serves as Chief Creative Advisor. He is also the CEO and Founder of the Dichotomy Creative Group, which recently produced Clint Eastwood’s Juror #2 for Warner Brothers.

Previously, Adam served as the Head of Motion Pictures at Paramount Pictures and DreamWorks SKG, where his visionary leadership yielded an impressive array of acclaimed films, including Best Picture nominees Dreamgirls, The Wolf of Wall Street, and True Grit, while simultaneously spearheading generational comedy classics like Anchorman and Blades of Glory. Notably, Adam was instrumental in introducing Transformers to Paramount and steering it into a multi-billion-dollar global juggernaut. He also successfully rebooted the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise and delivered the highest-grossing installment of the Mission: Impossible series. His innovative approach led to the launch of Paramount’s in-house animation division, which produced hits such as The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, The Adventures of Tintin, and Rango, as well as the development of a groundbreaking micro-budget model that delivered breakout successes like Paranormal Activity.

Adam's career began in Chicago, where he worked as a production assistant on John Hughes's Home Alone while still in high school. While studying at New York University and American University, he worked on films like The Pelican Brief, setting the stage for a career that continues to influence the evolution of the entertainment industry.
