For 20 years, Heather has shaped some of the world’s most loved kids’ shows. Today she leads the Preschool Content team at Netflix, where she oversees a slate of titles for the streamer’s youngest viewers. In her five years at Netflix, she and her team have launched dozens of joyful and engaging shows that resonate with children worldwide, including Cocomelon Lane, Creature Cases, Gabby's Dollhouse, and Spirit Rangers. Over the course of her career, Heather has been a coffee-fetcher, the voice of an animated seahorse, an Emmy-nominated producer, a writer, a creator, a development executive, and many things in between. Her most important job is being a mom of two. When not momming or doing kids’ TV stuff, Heather can often be found in the mountains, hiking with her dogs.
