Gary, with a career spanning 30 years, is the Managing Director and Owner of Kavaleer Productions.

Gary worked for several London studios and the Dublin feature studio Terraglyph Productions before joining Kavaleer in 2004; he spent three years in Australia working on television series such as Duck Dodgers for Warner Brothers, The Proud Family for Disney, and Mr. Bean for ITV with Halo Pictures in Sydney and Liquid Animation in Brisbane.

Gary has acted as producer or executive producer of all the Kavaleer long-form output and is also very involved with procuring domestic finance and the Section 481 tax credit. Executive and Producer screen credits include Garth and Bev (Screen Ireland, Cbeebies, BBC WW, BAI, RTE), seasons one and two of Wildernuts (Screen Ireland, Tricon, BBC WW, BAI, RTE), Abadas (Dinamo, RTE, S4C, CBeebies, HoHo Entertainment), Boj (RTE, Cbeebies, Sprout, S4C, ABC, France 5), Kiva Can Do (RTE, Screen Ireland, BAI, Happy Audience, Nick Jr.), seasons one and two of Pablo (Paper Owl Films, Cbeebies, CAKE, Netflix, RTE, BAI, SVT, NIS) and seasons one to three of Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese (Watch Next Media BBC, RTE, Screen Ireland, DeA Kids, Gulli, Disney France).

Gary is also a board member of the Creative Europe Media Desk Ireland and is a founding member of Animation Ireland and the Irish Animation Awards.
