Tricia is a strategic transformation leader who is experienced in brand strategy, brand story-telling and developing award-winning creative. She has led marketing, creative and brand for some of media’s most iconic brands and franchises including TNT, TBS, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, TCM and Freeform.
Most recently, Tricia co-founded Pith and Pixie Dust, a new consulting company dedicated to leveraging the skills gained from the ever-transforming media and entertainment industry to the broader world of business across all segments looking to evolve and grow. Pith & Pixie Dust focuses on three key areas: transformational strategy combined with narrative storytelling, creating great content to tell that story and bringing extensive expertise in kids, family and young adults to brands who want to reach, connect and engage with those audiences.
Prior to that, Tricia was the Chief Marketing Officer for Warner Bros. Global Kids, Young Adults and Classics. She has deep experience with the entertainment and streaming industry, brand-building, Gen Z, kids and family and social media/digital marketing. In her CMO role at Warner Bros., she led global marketing and brand strategy for Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang, Warner Bros. Animation and Turner Classic Movies. Tricia's responsibilities include all marketing aspects, including brand management, creative, social media, paid media, and integrations/partnerships, across all platforms. Tricia led the strategy to expand Cartoon Network to reach new audiences. She launched a new global preschool brand, Cartoonito which launched as the number one preschool brand in Latin America and led a rebrand for Cartoon Network resulting in a new tagline “Redraw Your World”. Tricia also oversaw the growth of Adult Swim as a global, streaming and lifestyle brand and led the recent global marketing for the worldwide hit series Rick and Morty. She also repositioned and rebranded Turner Classic Movies to modernize the brand, including a new logo and tagline, “Where Then Meets Now”. Tricia was named a 2022 Wonder Woman of the Year by Multichannel News and is currently a brand and strategy consultant.
Tricia previously served as Senior Vice President, Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Communications at Freeform where she led a successful rebrand and evolved Freeform from a legacy linear brand to a powerhouse streaming marketing and content engine. While at Freeform, she oversaw the launches of multiple hit series including Grown-ish, Siren, and Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger. Prior to that, Tricia was Senior Vice President of Entertainment Marketing and Branding for TBS, TNT, and TCM where she led high-profile, innovative, and award-winning marketing initiatives for viewer fan favorites, including the launch of Conan on TBS, The Closer, The Last Ship, Rizzoli & Isles, Falling Skies and Dallas.
Past roles include Vice President of Marketing for Lifetime Television, where she oversaw consumer, affiliate, ad sales and marketing for Lifetime, Lifetime Movie Network, and Lifetime Real Women. She also served as Vice President of Marketing for Oxygen Media where she developed the network’s brand strategy as well as the first-ever Super Bowl ad targeted towards women, which won a White House Project Award for positive portrayals of women in the media.
Tricia's other positions include Vice President of Marketing for Food Network; Vice President of Marketing and Promotions for Channel One Network in New York.
Tricia holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Montevallo and is the Co-President of the CMO Collaborative, Los Angeles Chapter. She is on the advisory board of Humantel, a strategic intelligence collective and is on the board of RE:IMAGINE, an education and workshop development organization for the creative industry. She also has held advisory board positions with Promax, the Advertising Board and the Peabody School of Journalism at the University of Georgia.
