Accessibility FAQ

Any attendee who requires the physical assistance of a support person can request a Companion Pass at no charge. This support person must accompany the attendee needing assistance in order to be permitted to enter sessions and networking events. Please email customersupport@kidscreensummit.com to discuss your needs.

Kidscreen Summit welcomes service animals that are trained and certified to do work or perform tasks for people with physical disabilities, as outlined by the American Disabilities Association. (Animals that provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and are not permitted at Kidscreen events.) If you have an ADA-recognized physical disability and require a service animal at Kidscreen Summit for this reason, you must contact customersupport@kidscreensummit.com by January 31 and provide details of the work or task your service animal has been trained to perform.

Guests can request a wheelchair-accessible or hearing-accessible room when booking. For rooms that are already booked, please call the Front Desk at +1-619-234-1500 to make this request retroactively.

All floors are accessible by elevator. The hotel also has an accessible transit drop-off area located at the main entrance, as well as entrances to the event space, fitness center, business center, outdoor pool and all restaurants that are wheelchair-accessible.
