Stevan serves as President of Programming and Operations for Kabillion, a leading youth-oriented programming network available in over 60 million US cable households and accessible across connected platforms including Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV and more. Since joining the company's leadership in 2007, Stevan has transformed Kabillion into a multi-platform digital media powerhouse, overseeing all programming, marketing, sales, and operational aspects of the network.
As President, Stevan has spearheaded the integration of cutting-edge technology across all Kabillion platforms, including CTV and D2L integration. Under his leadership, the network has achieved remarkable growth with consistent year-over-year increases in audience viewership. He has successfully secured partnerships with Fortune 100 companies, bringing brand-name programming to the network while continuously expanding distribution across state-of-the-art platforms.
Stevan's innovative approach includes integrating AI with traditional workflows, which has significantly increased productivity and operational flexibility while optimizing resource allocation. He has developed and implemented strategic initiatives that have substantially expanded production capabilities and overall division growth, while his multi-platform integration strategy has enabled strategic workforce reallocation to support new business development.
Prior to his current role at Kabillion, Stevan spent a decade with the Walt Disney Company, where he served as a production and development executive. During his tenure, he produced over 80 pilots for Walt Disney Television Animation, including hit series such as Phineas and Ferb and Kim Possible. He developed innovative production pipelines incorporating emerging technologies and created strategic proposals that significantly increased the division's productivity and visibility.
Stevan is also an Advisory Board Member of BWG Strategy, an invite-only network for senior executives across technology, media, and telecom, where he contributes expertise on the future of media, advertising, and evolving work structures.
He has received an Emmy Award for his work and holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.
