Swin is the Executive in Charge of Development and Production for CBC Kids. In her role, she seeks out, develops and curates preschool, school-aged, and tween content for CBC TV and CBC Gem. She focuses on development and acquisitions and serves as a production executive for CBC Kids' current shows in production, including CBC Kids' in-house flagship series, Hey Joojo! Before joining CBC, she held roles as both development exec and broadcaster, working at Alibi Pivotal Kids, Entertainment One and Astral Media's Family Channel and Disney Jr.
