Erika is the Director of Content, Consumer, and Brand Insights for Kid and Family Entertainment at Disney. Erika is passionate about amplifying kids’ voices to inspire content that delights, empowers, and makes a lasting impact on kids around the world. Her team conducts research with over 10,000 kids a year, testing content in the creative development process, tracking kids’ media behaviors and preferences, and spearheading bespoke strategic studies to inform decision-making about the types of shows and content Disney Branded Television should create.
Before Disney, Erika worked on the agency side at Material (Lieberman Research Worldwide), managing global projects across industries including technology, CPG, and entertainment. She holds both a Master’s in Marketing Research and a BBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Georgia.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys hiking and being outdoors with her dog, Murphy, teaching Pilates, seeing live music, or convincing friends to watch an underrated kids’ show (special shoutout to Kiff!).
