Lisa is a seasoned executive in global licensing and brand development, renowned for her strategic leadership across the entertainment and music industries. With over two decades of experience, she has consistently delivered innovative merchandising solutions for some of the world's most iconic brands and artists.

Currently, Lisa serves as the Senior Vice President of Licensing and Brand Development for North America at Global Merchandising Services, an independent music, celebrity, and lifestyle merchandising company. In this role, she spearheads the company's North American licensing programs for legendary artists such as Iron Maiden, Mötley Crüe, Motörhead, Backstreet Boys, Ghost, and Oasis, as well as entertainment and lifestyle brands, including Skibidi, Fender, BlackCraft, and many more, as well as works to broaden its rights representation services.

Prior to joining Global Merchandising Services in April 2024, Lisa held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Licensing at Universal Music Group's Epic Rights and Bravado. She was instrumental in developing and executing global licensing strategies for a diverse roster of artists, including KISS, Def Leppard, AC/DC, David Bowie, Aerosmith, John Lennon, The Rolling Stones, Guns N' Roses, The Beach Boys, Bob Marley, and more. Her responsibilities encompassed all aspects of global licensing, including sales, retail development, marketing, and creative services. Lisa was a key member of the executive team and played a pivotal role in the consolidation of Epic Rights and Bravado's licensing rosters. In 2014, Lisa joined Epic Rights, founded by legendary music merchandising pioneer Dell Furano, to help launch the agency, which was then acquired by Universal Music Group in 2019.

Lisa began her career at NBC Universal, where she served as Director of Licensing for over eight years. During her tenure, she managed hard lines’ licensing initiatives for high-profile brands such as Jurassic Park, The Fast and The Furious, Cat in the Hat, The Grinch, Curious and George.

Her career trajectory includes senior management positions at several prominent companies. As Senior Vice President of Consumer Products at Cookie Jar Entertainment, Lisa spearheaded licensing and merchandising programs for properties like Strawberry Shortcake, Mommy & Me, and Richard Scarry. She also served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Products for SMC Entertainment Group, where she oversaw campaigns for brands, including The Jungle Book TV series, Poppy Cat, and Angry Little Girls Additionally, at John Wayne Enterprises, Lisa held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Licensing, focusing on building corporate and promotional partnerships to enhance the global presence of the John Wayne brand.

Lisa holds a degree in fashion merchandising from San Diego State University, California State University.
