Rob is the progenitor of the modern global economics of anime. As employee #9 at Crunchyroll, he created the subscription model and closed their first 60 simulcast deals. He has since driven scale and reach at places like VIZ Media and Netflix, helping anime reach new heights. Through Henshin, Rob has helped IP owners, producers, licensees, and more find new ways to monetize anime, both through traditional means as well as newer methods like lockchain and artificial intelligence, as he looks to keep impacting anime for years to come.
