Matty is a producer, entertainment entrepreneur, and the founder of IRCODE, the visual-recognition platform transforming how audiences interact with television and streaming.

Matty’s career began in music and film, where he built and sold a nationally distributed record label before shifting into Hollywood finance and production. He launched Natural Selection, a Los Angeles film fund that backed major studio projects and became one of the most active independent financiers in the industry. Matty later helped establish Nebras Films, the first movie studio in Saudi Arabia, building its development, production, and financing engine in partnership with the Saudi government.

Today, Matty leads IRCODE, a next-generation visual infrastructure used across TV, CTV, live events, and entertainment networks to turn any frame on screen into an interactive, measurable experience. IRCODE powers new formats for fan engagement, attribution, and commerce and is rapidly becoming a foundational layer for the future of shoppable and interactive media.

Across all of his ventures, Matty specializes in building creative businesses from the ground up, scaling them into industry-defining platforms, and shaping the next evolution of how audiences discover and engage with content.
