Michael is Director of Coolabi Productions, the production arm of the Coolabi Group. He is an executive producer, development and branded content specialist with over thirty years of experience managing and growing kids and family entertainment brands. As part of his current role, Michael pitches Coolabi’s extensive book catalogue to networks and producers globally, aiming to create co-production and adaptation opportunities to bring stories to life beyond the page. This includes adaptations for both live-action and animated series for the company’s current co-productions, including The Lady Grace Mysteries and Beast Quest. In addition, he currently has 20-plus book option deals with producers across several nations. In addition to growing the previous production portfolios of independent producers, Michael has held senior roles at Disney Television and BBC Studios.
