Speaker Carolyn Hay
Carolyn is a Gemini Award-winning, WGC Screenwriting Award and Canadian Screen Award-nominated writer. She has written, created, developed, and story edited more than 50 children’s series, including Ruby Gloom, PAW Patrol, Agent Binky, Riley Rocket, and Ranger Rob, among others. She is currently in development on a new live-action kids comedy series with CBC Kids and Windy Isle Entertainment. She is also working on a new animated preschool series based on Ashley Spires’ hit book series Burt the Beetle with TVOKids and Epic Story Media. Carolyn teaches a Master Class for Animation Writing, most recently at OIAF and upcoming at York University in Toronto.
