Heather is an executive producer and partner at Citizen Skull, a production and management company, where she also helms Citizen Kids, their family media division. Her recent producing credits include the Emmy-winning documentary Street Gang: How We Got to Sesame Street for HBO Films and Netflix's Bee and Puppycat. She is also a co-creator of Deepa & Anoop for Mattel and Netflix, which won four 2023 Kidscreen Awards and was nominated again in 2024 for Best Inclusivity. Heather began her career at Hanna-Barbera Cartoons and then Cartoon Network, where she ultimately helmed all development for kids six to 12. Heather is the US representative for the Annecy International Animation Film Festival and Market. She is also the main creative mentor for Stories X Women, a program sponsored by WIA, UNESCO, Disney and others to promote animated projects by female creators from underrepresented regions.
