Angela is a senior insights leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping the development of content, toys, and products for kids and families. She currently serves as Senior Director of Consumer Insights at Nickelodeon, where she leads content testing, screenings, and global franchise research across iconic IPs including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Avatar: The Last Airbender. Her work translates kids’ perspectives into actionable insights that guide series development, streaming movies, and global brand campaigns.

Before joining Nickelodeon, Angela spent nearly a decade at Mattel, where her research helped steer the Fisher-Price portfolio and the Vehicles business —making the leap from informing car design at Nissan to reimagining Hot Wheels for kids around the world.

Angela brings her passion for understanding kids into her everyday life. As the mother of four, she stays immersed in the emerging trends, shifting tastes, and candid perspectives of today’s young audiences. Her children are her greatest source of inspiration—and they fuel her dedication to inform content, products, and experiences that help shape a fun, inspiring, and imaginative world for kids everywhere.
