Sophie is the Director of Operations and Business Development at Uplift Games, the studio behind the Roblox hit Adopt Me!. Since launching on Roblox in July 2017, Adopt Me! has surpassed 41.7 billion total visits, currently averages 25-plus minutes of playtime per session, and has over seven million followers on TikTok alone.
Sophie has been with Uplift Games for over five years. In her role, she oversees global brand expansion for Adopt Me!, spanning toys, publishing, and wider consumer products, including two global McDonald's Happy Meal campaigns and a HarperCollins novel. Sophie also leads on licensing third-party IP into the world of Adopt Me!, including collaborations featuring Sing, Minions, and Puss in Boots characters.
