With over 15 years of experience building brands and businesses at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and culture, Brittany brings deep roots in the content industry. She has developed and executed strategic campaigns and programs for Netflix, Amazon Studios, Fox Home Entertainment, Prime Video, BET, Crackle, Condé Nast Studios, Getty, Tornante, VurGuru, Spotify, TIDAL, and more — spanning studio launches, platform growth, digital distribution, and audience development. Her ability to identify emerging consumer behaviors and translate them into scalable business and content strategies is central to her work at IRCODE, where she drives partnership development, market expansion, and strategic vision across entertainment and media verticals.

Before IRCODE, Brittany served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at MWW, where she co-led and grew the brand division, oversaw the West Coast region, and executed award-winning campaigns for clients including FanDuel, Pinterest, Prime Video, AWS, and the WNBA. Prior to MWW, she was at Burson Cohn & Wolfe, where she built and led West Coast entertainment and digital business, including the global launch of TikTok. Her cross-functional expertise in content strategy, B2C and B2B growth, and deep entertainment industry relationships make her a trusted partner to studios, platforms, and technology companies navigating the convergence of content, commerce, and AI.
