Mercy Salaz is a Principal with Strategos and has over twenty years of experience challenging companies to build innovative growth strategies by assessing core capabilities, energizing employee creativity and defining clear action plans. Mercy has been associated with Strategos since 2006, first as a client and then as a consultant.
Mercy’s recent projects include an electronics company seeking innovative growth platforms in healthcare, a materials company looking to refresh its brand and a transportation company seeking to improve channel strategy. Each project resulted in funded investments and experimentation plans that will expand the customer benefits delivered.
Mercy’s primary industry experience is in solid waste management and financial services where she developed not only significant strategy experience but also extensive functional expertise in financial planning and corporate finance. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mercy has an AB in classics from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia.
