Since arriving in New York to study at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Mark has been an actor, songwriter, stand-up comic, sketch comedian, and has played a “Woggle” on 30 Rock. In 2009 Mark created The Key of Awesome, a musical comedy show featured on the Barely Political channel. The Key of Awesome is best known for song parodies, spoofing celebrities, pop-culture and the latest Internet memes. Mark’s music video parody "Ke$ha, Glitter Puke" was the 2nd most viewed YouTube video of 2010 and has over 120 million views. In 2011 Barely Political was named one of the top 10 most globally viewed YouTube channels. That same year Mark wrote the song “Anastasia” which was performed by the band Weezer. The Key of Awesome took home the Webby for outstanding comedy series in 2012.
