And how can the larger team, including L&M, publishing and other iterations of a core idea, best harness the talents of the creator for a stellar execution of his/her idea? This panel will uncover real-world examples of both success and failure to demonstrate how producers in any media can motivate, incentivize and support the people who create culture for kids
