There’s sometimes a tension in the kids industry between singular vision and creative collaboration. So how can you get the best out of an individual creator in a medium that requires collaboration? And how can the larger team, including L&M, publishing and other iterations of a core idea, best harness the talents of the creator for a stellar execution of his/her idea? This panel will uncover real-world examples of both success and failure to demonstrate how producers in any media can motivate, incentivize and support the people who create culture for kids
