Tom McGillis is an Emmy® Award-winning executive producer, writer and series creator, specializing in children's and family entertainment.
He is President and Co-Founder of Fresh TV, a world leader in creating television that powerfully connects to kid, tween and teen audiences around the world.
Along with creative partner Jennifer Pertsch, McGillis has created a string of hits including the world-renowned Total Drama franchise, My Babysitter's a Vampire, Really Me!, 6TEEN, Grojband, Stoked and Bunks. All of these series have garnered international appeal and have aired around the world on Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, TELETOON and Family Channel.
Fresh TV's newest hits include the animated spin-off series Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race airing on Cartoon Network and Teletoon, and the scripted drama series Backstage which is set to air this Spring.
Tom McGillis leads the Fresh TV development team on projects in collaboration with networks in Canada and the United States.
