Billy Macqueen is the co-founder and joint-MD of Darrall Macqueen. For the past 17 years Darrall Macqueen has been a leading multi-genre UK kids’ independent producer delivering international hits such as the award winning mixed-media pre school series Baby Jake (52 x 11mins), CBeebies’ first ever live action drama for pre-schoolers Topsy and Tim (71 x 12 mins), and through 2015/16 the refresh and revitalise of 120 episodes of Teletubbies.
