During her five years at Mattel, Jennifer Bennett has held various roles and currently serves as Senior Director, Licensing Acquisitions and Entertainment Partnerships as a member of the Strategic Development team. Jennifer is charged with evaluating properties and securing new licenses for the Mattel and Fisher-Price portfolios. In addition, Jennifer manages relationships with existing licensors including Disney, Microsoft, Nickelodeon, Paramount and Sony, and assesses broader strategic initiatives with existing and potential partners. Prior to joining Mattel, Jennifer held senior licensing and branding positions with a number of production and distribution companies including Entertainment One and Alliance Atlantis.

Jennifer has served on the LIMA Fundraising Committee and has been a guest speaker on a number of entertainment industry panels and seminars. She also has served as guest lecturer at Ryerson University’s Radio, Television and Arts Program and FIT, State University of New York.
