Brothers Sid & Marty Krofft have created 3 new series and 5 pilots in the past three years, and have been producing memorable family entertainment for over 40 years. Sid & Marty first became a household name in the ’70s with quite a list of TV Series. H.R. Pufnstuf, The Bugaloos, Lidsville, Land Of The Lost, Sigmund & the Sea Monsters, Far Out Space Nuts, Dr. Shrinker, Lost Saucer, The Krofft Supershow, Wonderbug, Magic Mongo, and Bigfoot & Wildboy.
And then in prime-time: the satirical and funny D.C. Follies TV series, The Donny & Marie Show TV series on ABC, and Barbara Mandrell & the Mandrell Sisters series on NBC.
Currently they have produced a new vision of Electra Woman & Dyna Girl series with Legendary Entertainment, streaming on Full Screen and iTunes.
Mutt & Stuff is the life-action show that takes place in a doggy daycare center and is a Nickelodeon hit show with 73 episodes.
This year they produced Sigmund & the Sea Monsters series with David Arquette as villain Captain Barnabas, which started streaming at Amazon Prime in October. Krofft also produced a pilot of their classic The Bugaloos for Nickelodeon.
And finally this year, Krofft has produced a pilot for an original kids science show called Mayim’s WonderLab starring Dr. Mayim Bialik PhD who in real life is both a neuroscientist and one of the stars on Big Bang Theory.
