Brenda Bisner is a Children’s Entertainment Digital Brand Strategist and business development executive in the children’s media space. She has the rare talent to spot properties that have staying power and close deals to fully leverage their value in the digital marketplace. Throughout her 18+ year career, Brenda has demonstrated a knack for tapping overlooked revenue streams in apps, gaming, and digital. Formerly with Cookie Jar Entertainment/CPLG, Porchlight Entertainment, and the Tom Lynch Company, etc. she helped close digital licensing deals for major brands, such as Strawberry Shortcake, Johnny Test, Caillou, Richard Scarry, Inspector Gadget, Lucha Libre Wrestling, and many more. Brenda was instrumental in launching five online platforms, has negotiated and produced over 30 apps, developed, produced, and sold live action, animated, and reality series across multiple channels around the world. In 2013, she founded Baby Toes Media, a consultancy that works with brand owners to build their brands from the “Digital Ground Up” and strategizes, implements, and executes on a host of digital initiatives across many platforms worldwide. Discovering novel ways to bring great content to kids all around the globe is her goal, and she pursues it with passion.
