Sashim Parmanand is CEO at One Animation, the multi award-winning CG animation studio and creators ofOddbodsandInsectibles. Sashim oversees the day-to-day operations of One Animation, while setting the company’s strategy and direction, modeling its culture and values, and building a solid leadership team. Sashim swiftly transitioned One Animation from animation studio to a vibrant global business, reaching over 180 countries in just 5 years, doubling revenues year-on-year.

One Animation’s mission is to create high value, original IP by pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology to deliver endearing storylines that are fun, relatable, and unique.   This has earned the studio many accolades under Sashim’s watch, culminating in two Emmy Award nominations for the much-lovedOddbodsseries. Aired by over 50 broadcasters worldwide, Oddbods has also become one of the fastest growing kids’ YouTube channels globally with over 7BN views to date.

With over 20 years’ experience leading revenue growth strategies in the media, entertainment, and gaming industries, Sashim has held senior level positions at Cartoon Network and Rainbow S.p.A, driving strategic business development and brand management. She has also managed extensive consumer products portfolios for top tier media companies including HIT Entertainment, Sesame Workshop, D-Rights, Warner Bros., and Rainbow, latterly driving Cartoon Network’s consumer products, home video, gaming, publishing, music and ticketed events as Executive Director for the Asia Pacific region.

Sashim is a graduate of Pepperdine University USA from which she holds degrees in Biology and Psychology. During a career break, Sashim attended the premier academy for French cooking and holds a Diploma in Basic Cuisine, Le Cordon Bleu, France.
