Kate Sanagan is a Head of Sales and Distribution at Sinking Ship Entertainment, a multiple Emmy® Award winning production, distribution and interactive company specializing in kids’ and family content. Since its launch in 2004, Sinking Ship has rapidly earned a reputation for high quality, ground-breaking original series and companion interactive experiences.

Kate’s experience and expertise lies in the financing, presales, and sales of completed programs, with a focus on the Americas. Along with her Co-Head Marilyn Kynaston, Kate oversees the international sales strategy of Sinking Ship’s key brands, including Odd Squad, Dino Dana and Endlings and manages the company’s efforts in consumer products and film distribution. Prior to Sinking Ship, Kate was Partner at Picture Box Distribution for 15 years. She has been selling and financing Canadian kids’ and family content for 20 years
