In 2024, Alexi founded Wheel In Motion, a London-based production company. Wheel In Motion is developing an array of new shows and movies targeting diverse audiences, encompassing both animation and live-action genres.

Previously the Head of Animated Series for Netflix EMEA, Alexi is an agile and experienced executive leader. Alexi’s 20-plus year career has included production/executive production of hundreds of hours of content aimed at the kids, family and the youth programming space; both in live-action and animation. Alexi has experience in varying areas of the children's media industry from creating/developing content, commissioning and producing programming to setting global strategies, developing outreach projects and unearthing new talent. Commissions at Netflix included the popular coming-of-age drama, Heartstopper the Oscar-nominated film Robin Robin, the popular kids comedy Sharkdog and many, many more.
