Roz is a global brand development and licensing executive with over 30 years of experience in powering explosive brand and business growth in consumer products. With a reach spanning the US, Asia, Latin America and Europe, her impact on household names in toys, apparel, fashion, and entertainment is rooted in her talent for building and adapting brand strategies to connect with consumers regionally and globally and pioneering franchises to accelerate growth. Her prolific career includes executive leadership roles for Fortune 500s and other iconic companies, such as Miraculous Corp, Mattel, Peanuts Worldwide, 20th Century Fox, 4Kids Entertainment, Universal Studios, Guess and The Walt Disney Company.

Roz is presently the Global Head of Consumer Products for Miraculous Corp, steering the newly formed joint venture company's vision and execution of their consumer products business globally. She is on the Board of Advisors of Fabacus, a UK-based data management SaaS company. Additionally, Roz served the maximum three-year term on the Board of Licensing International and continues to Co-Chair the Fundraising Committee, serves on the Licensing International Foundation Board and mentors young professionals. Given her leadership position in the industry, she is an invited speaker and panelist at industry events, college classes, and seminars.

Prior to this, Roz was the Head of Global Consumer Products and Franchise Marketing at Mattel, revitalizing the multi-category consumer products division. Her transformational leadership ranges from organizational development and commissioning a best-in-class global team to driving innovation in brand development, marketing, and licensing. Before joining Mattel, Roz fueled Peanuts Worldwide's highest brand growth in most years as the Executive Vice President of the LLC. She led a breakthrough partnerships strategy and joined forces with high-profile retail, licensing, and promotional partners worldwide, such as McDonald’s, Vans, Levi’s, Marc Jacobs, Zara, H&M, Hallmark, NASA, Cedar Fair Parks, and Warner Bros.

Prior to Peanuts, Roz served as EVP of Global Licensing and Retail at 20th Century Fox, leading programs for The Simpsons and the Ice Age Franchise. While at 4Kids Entertainment, she launched and drove the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand into one of the top-grossing characters of all time and refreshed the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. She also established their corporate licensing division at 4Kids, 4sight, representing brands including Microsoft’s Xbox and The American Kennel Club. Previously, at Universal Studios, she won the Echo Leadership Award from the Direct Marketing Association for establishing a landmark catalog business. Roz began her career in licensing at Walt Disney Studios, leading the Softline’s category for Film and Television.
