Ingrid is the Manager of Development at Disney Junior, focusing on the development of original programming for children ages two to five. With a deep passion for creating purposeful media, Ingrid is dedicated to shaping content that both entertains and educates young audiences.
Prior to joining Disney Junior, Ingrid served as a Creative Executive at Moonbug Entertainment, where she worked on high-profile properties such as CoComelon and Blippi. She played a pivotal role in the development and production of MyGo: Learn to Sign, an American Sign Language channel aimed at expanding brand reach and inclusivity. Ingrid’s career also includes significant contributions at DreamWorks Animation and Netflix Kids & Family, where she worked across International Dubbing and Development/Current Series, respectively. She was involved in notable projects such as She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, The Boss Baby, A Tale Dark & Grimm and We Lost Our Human, Netflix’s first original animated special. Additionally, Ingrid was instrumental in launching Netflix’s Apprentice Writer Program.
Ingrid holds a BA in Communications from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing an MEd in Learning, Design and Technology at the University of Southern California. In 2021, she was recognized with the NextGen Collective: Hispanic Executive 30 Under 30 Award. Ingrid is a Charter Member of LatinX in Animation (LXiA), and an active member of the Latina Squad, Women in Animation (WIA), Children’s Media Association (CMA) and the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP).
