Since 2011 Geraldine Soto has been the Head of Acquisitions, Prebuys, and Coproductions for the Kids Department of CANAL+. She is in charge of spotting and acquiring kids contents for teleTOON+ (6-10 yo), Piwi+ (3-6 yo), Canal+Family kids slots, and SVOD kids content for the platform published by CANAL+ Group.
Between 1999 and 2010 she handled the Programming, as Head of Programming since 2003, for the channels teleTOON, Piwi and Eureka! (8-14 yo).
She began her career in the kids content business in 1996 when she joined DISNEY CHANNEL’s team for the launch of the network in France, working in the Acquisition and Programming department.
