Mr. Leo Geng is a Master’s candidate at the School of Journalism & Communication at Tsinghua University. He is the Senior Vice President of iQIYI. 

From 1998 to 2009, Mr. Leo Geng was working in SOHU. In 2007, Mr. Leo Geng worked as the General Manager of Focus Network. In March 2009, Mr. Leo Geng joined China Mobile, 139 mobile web as Vice President. Mr. Leo Geng joined Qihoo 360 as Vice President in October of the same year, comprehensive built 360 Internet business platform, responsible for 360 site navigation, group-buying platform, the construction and operation of the electric business platform. 

Mr. Leo Geng joined iQIYI in July 2011 as the Vice President of Operations, fully in charge of content construction. In June 2015, Mr. Leo Geng was promoted to Senior Vice President, responsible for the overall operation of the company, the content operation platform, iQIYI Literature, iQIYI Children, iQIYI animation division of technology, products, markets, production, operation, etc. Meanwhile, Mr. Leo Geng was in charge of the overall content audit, production, customer service, etc. In August 2020, Leo Geng has taken charge of iQIYI's International  Business Department, mainly responsible for North American business.
