Genevieve has worked in the kids IP sector for 30 years and is CEO of both Serious Lunch, an international children's and family content distribution company, and Eye Present, a London- based animation studio, a co-venture with Squint/Opera, a large audiovisual services company. Genevieve is also known as the founder of CAKE which she sold to Zinkia in 2010 and the Executive Producer of many children's series over her career including Best & Bester, Messy Goes to Okido, Tee & Mo, Horrible Science and Angelo Rules.

Serious Lunch is founded on the belief that a personal approach to a curated library creates the strongest brands and the best return for both the company and the producers it represents. SL takes on carefully selected properties with the sole aim of growing them into established intellectual properties through a sustained long term approach. SL represents a portfolio of high-quality I.P’s including Welcome to Earth from Oscar winning Zeilt Studios, The New Legends of Monkey from See Saw Productions, Gigglebug which has enjoyed over a million downloads of its apps, the multiple BAFTA and Emmy award winning Operation Ouch! (Maverick) now in its 9th season for CBBC, Ronja, the Robber’s Daughter (Studio Ghibli/Astrid Lindgren) and the BAFTA nominated Art Ninja (Dot to Dot) for CBBC.

Eye Present is a 50 seat animation studio with both CG and 2D pipelines specializing in optioning, financing and producing IP with unique provenance. Serious Lunch has raised the finance for EP's Euro 7M comedy series for 6-9's Best & Bester which is currently in production for delivery in 2022. The series is a co-production with Gigglebug Ent. for Nickelodeon Intl and YLE. Serious Lunch is also raising finance for Flix by Tomi Ungerer based on the world famous author's book. Both projects received support from Creative Europe whilst Flix has also received support from Screen Ireland.
