Leticia Smith has 14 years’ experience working with kids’ content. She is currently the Sourcing & Acquisitions Manager for Discovery Kids Latin America. She has worked in the sourcing department for the last seven years and prior to working in sourcing & acquisitions, Leticia worked programming Discovery Kids for 7 years. She is responsible for identifying content for Discovery Kids that is engaging, entertaining, and fits within the brand and target parameters.
